Wisdom Teeth

“Wisdom teeth” –also known as third molars–  are the last of the permanent teeth to appear.  These can often cause painful throbbing or dull aches when they erupt, typically is the late teen-to-early-twenties time period. Not all wisdom teeth need to be removed but it is important to pay close attention to them and have a professional examine them routinely to make sure they are not causing problems.
