Brenda
Hygienist
I have been working at Redmond Dental Group for over 35 years. First as a dental assistant and for the last 20 years as a dental hygienist. Helping patients have the best experience possible is our number one priority at RDG. I feel fortunate to have been allowed to assist patients with their dental health over the years. In my personal time I am passionate about competing in cutting horse events, and have many other hobbies.
Sammi
Hygienist
Sammi graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She is passionate about helping her patients feel great about themselves while achieving healthy, beautiful smiles.
At home, Sammi enjoys spending time with her husband, their 1-year-old child, two dogs, and cat. In her free time, she loves hunting, camping, reading, exercising, and being outdoors.
Sammi strives to create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient, focusing on building confidence and encouraging great dental health.
Ashlee
Hygienist
Ashlee is a dedicated dental hygienist who earned her bachelor’s degree from Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) in 2015. With nearly a decade of experience, she is passionate about inspiring her patients to take an active role in their dental health.
Outside of work, Ashlee cherishes time with her family, including her husband, 1-year-old son, and their two beloved dogs. They enjoy camping, hunting, boating, and embracing all things outdoors.
Ashlee believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients, helping them feel confident and excited about their dental care journey.
Erin
Hygienist
Meet Erin, a dedicated Dental Hygienist since 2013. Erin has a passion for helping people, and she understands the importance of health as it relates to the teeth and gums. A proud mother to a daughter and a pet owner of two dogs and a cat. Known for her genuine care and commitment, Erin strives to guide her patients in their routine dental maintenance as well as overcoming dental anxiety and fears with a friendly and approachable manner and gentle touch.

Dental Assistant
I have lived in Central Oregon and worked with Dr. Max for 16 years and in the dental field for 23. When I’m not working my time is spent with my family enjoying hiking, floating the river and summers on the back of the bike.
Courtney
Dental Assistant
Meeting new patients, learning about their lives, and spending time with established patients, is great. They all feel like family to me, as they do to my coworkers, and everyone here looks forward to a day filled with chances to talk, learn, and laugh. We really like our patients and value the friendships that we have with them. Here, the emphasis is always on doing our best for our patients, all of the time. As for my personal life, my husband and I have a young child. We love being together, especially exploring the great outdoors. We like camping and hiking most of all.

I consider the team at Redmond Dental Group to be like my second family. We all love and support each other; I am so grateful to work at such a wonderful office with wonderful people. The best part of working here is seeing the smiles on our patients’ faces when they’ve improved their oral health and have had a positive dental appointment! I have lived in Central Oregon for over 18 years. My time outside the office is spent reading, camping, hanging out with my family, playing with my puppy, Ross, and spending time with my boyfriend, Cory.

In the office, they call me Sam. I was born and raised in Central Oregon. I became a Dental Assistant in 2023 and so far it has been amazing. I am a big fan of having fun. I enjoy getting to know my patients, the wild stories they have experienced and the life lessons they have all taught me. It is always an accomplishment when I see a patient’s progress and get them to feel confident in their smile.

Newer to the Redmond Dental Group, I have enjoyed every minute working with the doctors and staff. I love helping patients become comfortable in the dental clinic, making connections and seeing how treatment can change a person’s confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors, going on walks, camping trips or floating the river with my pup!

I am so proud to say I am a part of the team at Redmond Dental Group. I feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work in such a great environment doing a job I love. Every patient is so unique in their own way, and I enjoy spending time with them to get to know them. Everyone at RDG works together as one big family, all with the same goal in mind: striving for each patient to have a dental visit that exceeds expectations. I have loved living in Oregon my entire life. My free time revolves around my two daughters, family, and friends. I also volunteer at my church and prepare meals to feed the homeless.

I was born in Georgia and raised in VA and NC. I moved to Central Oregon in 1999. I have always been interested in the dental field and decided to start my dental journey at COCC in 2008. I worked in a pediatric dental office for over 10 years before joining Redmond Dental Group in 2021. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband Seth, daughter Georgia and dog Bochy. I also enjoy all of the outdoor recreation that Central Oregon has to offer. My favorite thing about dentistry is connecting with our wonderful patients.

I love helping our doctors from chairside as they treat our patients. I provide reassurance and a comforting smile to our more timid patients and I love setting them at ease. Seeing their smiles once their treatment is finished is great. It is always fast, effective, and painless! This is a very caring environment and we love working together, making a positive difference for our patients. In my home life, I keep busy with my four children. Every weekend we go on a nature hike while I teach them Spanish. I also work with our local Latin community helping them to understand public assistance and how to ask for help when they need it.

Each person at this office has something unique to contribute. We care for one another, respect each other, and all strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients. The connections that are made and the conversations that are shared are some of the best parts of working here at RDG. I am one of six children and have two wonderful kids of my own. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, reading, and spending time with my family.

I have worked in the administration side of dentistry for Dr. Higbee for the past 25 years. Redmond Dental Group is a family-oriented practice, and I appreciate the wonderful service our doctors and staff provide to the people in our community. Growing up here in Redmond, I have always loved the outdoors, and can often be found hiking with my husband.

Each of our patients is unique and we treat them as the individual that they are. That means we listen, we care, and we respect their unique concerns and points of view. Helping our patients throughout their visit, talking with them, explaining what’s going to happen during their exam or treatment, allows me to make sure they have a good experience. I love that! When I’m not at work, I enjoy BBQ’s, going shopping, curling up with a good book, or heading outside for camping and hunting. I’ve been part of the team for nearly 12 years now and I still love coming to work everyday!

Each day, I get to meet and help amazing people. By putting their needs first and making sure that we have a schedule that works with their lifestyle, I can make their lives less stressful. We offer treatment choices and payment options, so they are able to get the care that they need, when they need it. That’s a very good feeling. Outside of work, my husband Paul and I have three children, Miles, Evan, and Kai. I enjoy gardening, running, and staying active. It’s been my pleasure to work for Dr. Higbee for 28 years.

I am so grateful to be a part of Redmond Dental Group. I enjoy the amazing patients and the people I work with. Working at a place that is so positive and fun doesn’t make it feel like work. Making people feel good about their smile or making them feel at ease are just some of the aspects of this job that I love. When I am not at work I can be found spending time with my family, enjoying outdoor activities, traveling, going to football games at Autzen Stadium and going to concerts.

Our team is made up of so many personalities with different backgrounds and beliefs, but somehow we all come together to make our patients’ experience outstanding! I enjoy getting to know our patients and seeing the beautiful smiles on their faces. I’m a native to Central Oregon, now residing in the Redmond area. My son is currently active duty in the United States Marine Corps and my daughter is going to college in the Portland area. I love hiking and taking walks with my Labrador, Clover.
